About Kyle Camerlinck

I grew up in Jupiter, still live here, and have spent most of my life around the water. I know the neighborhoods, waterways, marinas, bridges, canals, and the small details that can completely change what it is like to own a property here.

I run Taiter Realty, a local brokerage focused on waterfront homes, boat slips, investment properties, and select commercial real estate throughout Jupiter and northern Palm Beach County. I take a direct, analytical approach to real estate because clients deserve honest advice, accurate information, and a clear understanding of what they are buying or selling.

I earned a double major in Finance and Management from Stetson University, followed by an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. My early experience in mergers and acquisitions and a student managed investment fund taught me how to evaluate opportunities, understand risk, and make decisions based on facts rather than emotion. That background still shapes how I advise clients today, especially when evaluating value, ownership costs, resale potential, and the long term outlook for a property.

Outside of real estate, I am a private pilot, certified scuba diver, fisherman, and boater. I have spent years on the Intracoastal, offshore, and traveling by boat throughout the Bahamas. When someone asks what it is actually like to live on a specific stretch of water, navigate a certain bridge, reach the inlet, or keep a boat in a particular marina, I can usually answer from experience rather than repeating what is written in a listing.

I built my business around knowing this market deeply, giving clients the truth, and helping them make decisions they will still feel good about years later.
