Deal of the Week: Riverside Drive

I am bringing a non-waterfront teardown opportunity on Riverside Drive to market soon. If you are looking to get in on the spec building craze now is your chance.

Waterfront homes on this same street are now selling north of $15 million. Meanwhile, non waterfront homes and lots are still trading below $1 million.

Developers and spec builders are starting to recognize the opportunity. A major remodel recently sold on Riverside. Two new spec homes are about to hit the market. I also recently sold two nearby lots that will become new construction.

For a builder, this is a chance to get ahead of the next round of comparable sales.

For an end user, it is a chance to build your own home on Riverside before more new construction changes the price point on the non waterfront side of the street.
