Is Florida the Best Place to Buy?

Choosing a location for your home is one of the most important aspects to consider before purchasing. One must worry about an abundance of economic and personal factors that play a role in this crucial decision. To make this easier, WalletHub ranked the best and the worst cities for first-time homebuyers in the U.S.

            WalletHub performed its rankings using 22 different indicators based on these three factors: affordability, real-estate market, and quality of life. Using their diverse analysis and the weighted average of these 22 indicators, WalletHub ended up ranking several Florida cities. In fact, out of a total of 300 U.S. cities, eight cities in Florida not only made the list but appeared in the Top 20, with Palm Bay ranked as #1. I have included a chart of the cities below:

            Ultimately, choosing a location for your home is up to the purchaser, and each person will have their own unique opinion. However, there is no doubt Florida is a focus point for many buyers and has proven to be an area of interest through its resilience despite the market declines and other outside factors. After all, who wouldn’t want to live in the beautiful sunshine state?
