New Riverwalk walkway opens under US-1
Jupiter just opened a new pedestrian walkway and observation deck under the U S 1 bridge. The town has worked on this stretch for a long time, and it is finally complete. The new walkway adds a clean view of the Loxahatchee River that the old bridge never offered.
This walkway is part of the larger 122-million-dollar bridge replacement project. The new build gives wide sidewalks, bike lanes, and an under-bridge passage that connects straight into the Jupiter Riverwalk system.
