Spring Market Momentum

Is the spring season here for the housing market? Three of my listings are under contract right now, and one of my buyers just accepted an offer. A closing is happening later today.

Not every listing flies off the market, but when a property is priced right and positioned well, buyers are showing up. There has been a clear uptick in activity, and it feels like the spring momentum is here.

If you have been waiting to move, this might be your window. The serious buyers are here, but they are still being selective.
