The Best Selling Window of 2026 Opens in 4 days
I'll keep this one short because the timing actually matters.
Every year, Realtor.com analyzes housing data going back years to identify the single best week to list a home. The week where buyer demand peaks, competition from other sellers is still low, and prices come in strongest.
This year that week is April 12–18.
Next week.
Here's what the data shows for sellers who list during this window:
• Homes sell 9 days faster than the yearly average
• Listings get 16.7% more views than a typical week
• Sellers net roughly $26,000 more than those who listed in January
• Nearly 19% fewer homes see price reductions
This isn't a coincidence. Spring brings out the most motivated buyers. People who want to be settled before summer, before the next school year, before life gets in the way. And right now, inventory in Jupiter is still lean enough that a well-positioned home gets real attention.
By late June, the number of competing sellers on the market rises nearly 40%. The window that exists right now is not the same window that exists in two months.
If you've been thinking about selling, this is the moment I want you to know about.
I'm happy to have a quick conversation about what your home could realistically sell for in this market and what it would take to get it listed. No pressure, just numbers.
