Is Jupiter Housing Crashing?

Is Jupiter Housing Crashing?

You have probably seen the headlines. Inventory is up. Another crash is coming.

Here's what those headlines leave out: inventory is up from COVID levels, where practically nothing was available. Compare today to 2019, before the pandemic distorted everything, and we are basically back to a normal market. That's not a crash.

Do not let the doomers scare you. The spring market is in full force and we have been very busy. Jupiter reflects what the data shows. Properties are sitting longer than they did in 2021 and 2022, but that was the anomaly. Sellers negotiating again is not a red flag, it is the market working the way it should.

I have buyers right now I cannot find homes for. The product they want in this area simply is not available. That is not a crashing market. That is still a supply problem.

If you have been holding off on selling because you think you missed the window, I'd push back on that. Reach out and I'm happy to walk through where things stand for your specific property.
