August Numbers Are In for JUP RE

The August numbers are in, with the median single family home price in Jupiter at $1,035,000 and the year to date median at $1,075,000, up from $988,750 during the same period last year.

Activity remains strong, with 89 homes closing in August compared with 71 last year, while the median time to go under contract dropped from 39 days to just 22 days.

There are currently 243 single family homes for sale, representing approximately 2.7 months of inventory, keeping supply relatively tight.
